A really unique and quite large piece of London history. This large late 1940s wooden directional sign reads 'River Thames Boat Trips Pier 4' with directional marker. Applied black-painted letters on a painted blue background, within a white painted border.
Sporadic paint loss to frame, some light distress to lettering, which adds to its overall charm. Overall solid, with no cracks or wood worm. Previously mounted hardware makes it ready to hang. A fantastic focal piece.
