We’ll have an initial consultation with you in person or via video chat to discuss the property’s history and any aspects that you wish to highlight or explore further.
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send you our paperwork via DocuSign and collect our initial deposit. Our flat fee for an HPR is £500. This includes consultation time, research, and design. £250 is due upfront, with the remainder due upon delivery.
We will combine any research and resources you currently possess regarding the property with our own research in historical archives, newspapers, and interviews.
We’ll collate this research to design a PDF document highlighting your property’s history with engaging visuals and professionally written copy.
You’ll receive the digitized PDF, which can be instantly shared with prospective buyers, realtors, and other interested parties. We can also recommend printers if you wish to have the product printed in books or pamphlets.
