A very handsome early 20th century iron heraldic plaque featuring two crowned eagles with pike axes flanking a shield with lion rampant motif, the eagles clutching a closed scroll to the left and open scroll to the right. Beautiful detaling throughout, especially on eagle wings. Lovely patina, a fantastic decorative piece.
